Just confused on the how the average's are calculated now, if you shoot above your avg. it stays the same, if you shoot below your avg. it stays the same. Could someone on the WGT side please explain to me why I can shoot well below my avg. and it never moves. I'm not mad or complaining just confused is all.

Could it be your playing practice rounds and not ranked rounds?
Im just a common man and did that myself at the start and whatnots. Also - it seems one's 'handicap/score' only can go down. If i shoot above me average it stays same - if i best my score it goes down somes.
