  I have seen Eric Clapton in concert eleven times and do believe that he is in a world of his own.  No one else even comes close.  This, and other videos appear in the Senior Citizens Club Forum.  Wanna be hip and cool in your more comfortable years?   I'd have a hell of a time picking a best ever. Clapton is one the very few that had a sound all their own. Stevie Ray, BB King, Hendrix, Carlos Santana (and more) were the same way. Three seconds of any of their songs and you know exactly who you're listening to. For me it'd be hard to say any of those guys were 'better' than the others.
