Unfortunately there isn't a way to rotate the view once you've zoomed in. The photo-centric nature of the game prevents us from being able to offer a full 360 degree view in most cases. However, when you use the ZOOM feature there will often be extra cameras on the hole minimap that you can click on to see an alternative view for your shot. In the picture below, if you click the green reverse cam you'll get a backside view looking down the hole towards the teebox. The extra cameras may be helpful in lining up some of your approaches. Make sure you have the multi-cam option turned on in the game options (it's on by default).
