trying to play unlimited tourney's and the computer freezes up on the course load at 70-71 per cent.  is this just a glitch that will be fixed soon or is there more of a problem,

    any response would be appreciated.

    thanks.

You need to clear both your browser cache and your Flash cache because there was a product update on Wednesday. You need to clear both caches after every product update.

As stated once before, I am a dope with computer 'lingo' and proceedure. Mr Faterson, what does that mean and how is it done? I am a simple on/off mind.

That's why I included that link there.    Please click the link and read the section If you experience an error message when loading the game. As they say there:

    • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
    • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here, and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.

If anything about these instructions is not understandable, just ask!

The link is right there in the post above yours. Specifically:

    http://www.macromedia.com/support/documentation/en/flashplayer/help/settings_manager07.html

Just click the Delete All Sites button on that webpage. Do this after every WGT product update, and also clear your browser cache after every WGT product update. That's all.
