I’ve played the game for ten years or more and I love it. But, my enjoyment is being whittled away by people slating me for no reason. Really depressing!!
I block these people immediately but it is getting more and more common.

Unfortunately, there are some bad people out there... especially so in the coin rooms. The best you can do sometimes is to block them (as you do) and report them to WGT, so that they don't act that way towards someone else.
I have an idea about something that might help you enjoy the game more. I've sent you a PM.
