  As a newbie, I was given one ball.  I understand that you can buy better balls.  So I see players complaining about running out of balls during a round. Are you only allowed so many hits per ball?

  Durability determines how many hits a particular ball has.

  The free Starter Ball that WGT supplies a player with does not fall into this category. The Starter Ball has unlimited hits.

  Is there a way to determine which balls have the most hits?

  This STARTER ball is the only one that doesn't expire, and it "returns" whenever you hit it OOB or in the water. Thus, we may play for free, the downside being the higher club speed with any custom club.
