  Maybe now we see why you are on moderation, you tend to post repeats of what other people have already posted, making your posts long and boring. 

   

  EDIT, Sorry Paul but it's true.  Looking all over the forums, you will see the same thing.  Plus you tend to have comments on every subject.  Some right and some not so much.

  I have played 504 ranked rounds with average of 56.7 as a legend. My level is 98. I am a legend. So why am i still a legend  and not a tour legend?

   The rule stated that all i need is 500 ranked rounds and have a average of 60.00 you will move up to tour legend.

  The 500 required rounds have to be 500 rounds at Legend tier and not simply 500 total rounds.

  Additionally, Par 3s, Par 5s, and Custom Courses don't count toward average or number of required ranked rounds at that tier.

  Did you not read.

   The rule is, in order to move up from legend tier to tour legend tier. 

  You have to have 500 ranked rounds and a average you have to have is 60.00.

   I met the requirement with 504 ranked rounds and i have a 56.6 average.  

  So what am i missing?
