the only way to have play show in activity would be to COMPLETE a ranked game...nothing else shows if u play mobile.

you could always take a screen shot, or play a coin match which would show activity in your coins being spent or lost or won which should give WGT some oversight to confirm you actually signed up to play a game and hit a shot.
if you are really adamant you could also get a screen recorder and record your daily round on tablet and have video evidence to submit to WGT, but really does the CDP matter that much?
to some it may, but regardless it seems odd that WGT wouldn't restore a CDP because that very act shows and ensures the player will likely continue to work / play to keep it going. so, it would appear to be in WGT best interest to keep the CDP streak going as it is one of the very examples given in "technology gaming circles" of how these games get people addicted or dedicated or committed (however you choose to look at it ) to playing on a regular basis.
