    what is the orange ball that appears at the start of a game.

    It appears at the start of any multiplayer game and indicates the indivitual state of "completion rating". Unfortunately, "orange" (or red) is a lower rating than yellow (intermediate) or green (good).

    Wonder where you see it because there seem to be no completed MP games in your history - do you (by any chance) play on mobile?

    No i don't use a mobile phone.Is there any way i can clear this up.

    Play !and complete! a few (30 for a start) Blitz games with a trusted friend on trusted internet connections. If it doesn't seem to help, play 30 more!
