Left panel stays at 34%. Ideas?

I think it's a flash issue

Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager.

I have seen few folks have issues with IE9. Can you try other browsers? Firefore, chrome?
