Everyone seems to be railing on the US at the moment, and I just thought it might be appropriate to say a few things about the best experiment in the history of the world.

There have been so many brave men and women who have stood up, raised their hands and fought for the freedoms that we all take for granted.
There have been so many brave men and women who have died for those freedoms we have.
Not just in the USA, but Canada, the UK and Australia, and other countries. Men and women have stepped up to fight tyranny.
This post is simply meant to be in honour of all the men and women around the world who have stepped up, done the hard yards, and often paid the ultimate sacrifice.
One of the most moving videos I have ever seen is this one of a fallen New Zealand soldier's return home.
What a way to send a warrior to heaven.
