  Hello Why I do not advance level, I have 41 ranked, avg 61,92

  Yep and to help you the Arnie's lower your average tourney's were set up with basic conditions and easy tees

  Play one more round and you will be TM.

  There are now 39 rounds played as Master showing on your history.  There are a total of 2,415 strokes in these rounds, an average of 61.923 (your current).

  There are other ways (than number of rr's) to be promoted, as you will have seen as you evidently only played three ranked rounds before two weeks ago and two getting to master.
