I live in USA and I cant sign up for cc tourney dur to country of residence? This has to be a bug or something that needs fixing, never had a problem till today.

Its a problem on WGT's end of things. Icon said as much over the weekend, and they're ostensibly working on resolving the issue.
Funny how you can still play in the ready-go tournaments but not premium tournaments within your own CC.
Yes im having same problem and thought it was only me - i played a ready go and it took my 100 credits but not my country club tourneys.
