It's just hard to overlook two dozen balls (we played twice).  Of course, it's not 5600 credits worth, since I only use Callies.  I dun need nuh steenkin Nikes.

I'm pretty sure I won that game

Henry, you offered one dozen Nike balls (2800 credits) to anyone who beats you. I said I'd play you but rather than being gifted the Nike balls, I preferred that you gift two dozen Callaway L35 balls (2400 credits) to a friend of my choice. My offer would have saved you 400 credits. I wasn't getting carried away, was just trying to take care of a friend in my cc who deserves it, and save you 400 credits in addition. If you're withdrawing the offer, I really don't have much interest in a match. Please let me know if the offer still stands.

Well so much for that...Henry was green last night, so I invited for match. No response. He was green tonight, so I invited again. This time he responded: "Declined. Set up match." Okay, you've got a previously scheduled match...but then immediately he's offline. On top of that, he's reneged on the ball offer. So...bluff called, and surprise surprise, he's holding nothing. Sad, but not unexpected.

To be honest, I thought the whole thing was a bluff, but I had nothing to lose and might have won a couple of dozen balls for a clubmate who sets up and funds our tourneys.
