Can't get Into game - Help ?

  My friend can't get into game.

   

  After log in is successful, clicks play now,successful,then error message.

  Game error ..try again later.

   

  this has been going on for days ..

  sent email and bug reports.

  cleared ... Flash and cache

  definitely on WGT's end .. same error on other computers that normally work fine.

  any help appreciated.

  Hi,

  Sorry for the trouble, could you ask your friend to clarify a few things for me?

  Did your friend try all 3 main browsers? and cleared cache in each? If that's the case, ddi he try reinstalling flash? Also, what operating system/browsers versions are we talking about?

  Yes ..

   

  His account worked fine,,since last year.

  this happened a few days ago.

  tried (IE8 and Firefox 3.6.13 / OS WIN XP and Win 7) on 3 different computers.

  My account works ,, his doesn't.

  Not a PC problem.

   

  from his house and another house ... the error is on WGT's side.

  reinstalled flash ..all OK.

   

  Like I said ,, my account is fine on all computers ,, his does NOT work on any of them.

  sent e-mails and bug reports,,with no reply as yet.

  this has been over a week  wtg never had this prob before if ya cant fix it give him his credits so mrmlbs can move on
