Would it not be a good idea if the Pro-shop became installed with a Second hand shop were more experienced players looking to advance could sell their used and unwanted golf equipment for beginers to buy at knock down prices? perhaps the shop could even have an auction facility like Ebay....It seems pointless having all those unwanted clubs and unable to do anything with them!
The problem with your suggestion is that clubs don't deteriorate, so you would effectively be getting brand new clubs for knockdown prices - not really fair on those that bought them in the first place. And it would also lower WGT's income, which might affect what we get in terms of new courses in future.
I just had a vision of walking into this store. All the display racks are empty of course and as you pick up one of the virtual clubs, you can hear your friend saying, "Isn't she a beauty, do you think it comes in other colours?"
