Many of you may have heard the news that came out this week. Taco Bell is being sued because their advertising they use 100% pure beef in their tacos, burritos etc. A law firm had the meat tested and claim the test prove it is not 100% pure beef.

So a long standing question I have had has been answered. I haven't seen the Taco Bell dog in any commercials in a very long time. Now I know why I haven't seen the dog. It's in somebody's taco!

Its a weird lawsuit too. The people suing aren't looking for any money, they just want Taco-Bell to start using 100% beef, and they'll drop the lawsuit.

I like what the spokesman for Taco-Bell said, "We start with 100% real beef".  lol!

Some of the stuff the news mentioned their using in that meat makes me think twice about patronising Taco-Bell in the future.

Just for the record....... the US only requires 40% of a product to be meat to be labeled meat.

    Something to think about.

    Happy hitting........and maybe eating...

Thank goodness most fast-food restaurants advertise 100% beef products then.

If you look closely on the biggest chain that uses that saying, there is a trademark symbol after that. So basically it means nothing.
