  Change or elimination isn't possible (some exception for Brackets).

  I am trying to do a 4 round  tournament with 3 rounds 48 hours and last round 24 hours. I want it to start on 9-15 but where do I show the start date.

  If you want it to start on the 15th then you have to set it up on the 15th. You cannot set up a Tourney with an advanced start date.
