Not able to buy new sleeve after running out??

  In the past, if I used my last ball of my preferred type during a game, I was offered the opportunity to buy a new sleeve of those balls. That is no longer happening?? I am stuck finishing the round with the WGT starter balls.

  I played yesterday, doing a ball-life test, and when the ball ran out, I was given a starter ball. However, before every shot and putt after that (3-4 holes remained), there was a little red circle flashing near the ball, and when I hovered my mouse over it, this popped up:

  update::

  first issue happens with stand bag plus equipped. we're working on it. second issue is by design and happens when you hover over it.
