  I can't even begin to imagine if this was a FPS game of some sort running MP/DM type of play. Good lord man the forums would implode with rageyness! Like on CSS when you'd get the friggin 'lag switches' running or UrbanTerror with all haxor's on the old 4.1.1 game. 

  Speaking of that - How come CC owners can't ban players for being asshats n such?? 

  Perhaps that's what you should do here is pass off some of the admin work to CC's, allow them to deal with players who quit, disconnect, harass other players etc. 

  Anyone remember crowbar battles in HL2?     Why not 9iron's?

  I got an easy test to check why the game is slow, Is it your connection or wgt servers..

  Req. - Windows

  Step 1. Search command prompt ( type cmd, in search box)

  A black command window should open.

  Step 2. type,  ping www.wgt.com -t

  Now,

  - in front of "ms", if the number is greater than 100. then its your connection that is slowing   wgt

  - if the number in "ms" is consistent like 83, 83, 84, 85....something like that.. and still wgt is slow, then , all you can do is clear cache. and blame wgt..

  "ms" is the lag speed

  time = "x" ms . . .   that "x", is the lagging time b/w your IP and the WGT connection..  it should be consistent and below 100.

  If it says "Request timed out, that means your connection is disconnecting,,  thats when you;ll see the  "could not connect" prompt while playing wgt. 

  I always keep the ping, in command always on while playing wgt..
