I think the only way to gain free credits is to come in a place in a tournament that gets credits.

I just started...can you use credits to gain distance? I can't hit a drive more than 230 yards! Help a newbie out. Thanks.
jlew24asu What a great idea Credits for playing ... Brilliant!!! I would be tripping over them :) . You may want to post that in product suggestion forum . Unfortunately you can"t get credits by playing alot. You can obtain credits for a prize for finishing high enough in a tournament. Also you may write in for free entry to tournaments. check out the FAQ's too

So, we can either buy credits and spend them at the pro shop, or earn credits in tournaments that we must pay to enter? Doesn't sound free to me, sounds like a rip off. Correct me if I am wrong, please!
There are many free tournaments where you can earn credits. Check out the tournament page!
