  Shrude- If  a 67 average moves you from Tour Pro to Master, how would it be possible for a player to still be a Tour Pro with an average of 65.1??

  He'd have to fulfil the first underligned part of the quoted AND condition (emphasis by me):

  SHRUDE:

  When you have played at least 30 ranked rounds as Tour Pro- and your average score is equal to or lower than 67 you go from Tour Pro to Master

  BTW: In my notes, and in the link quoted by the mods sometimes, it is only 25 rounds to reach saturation in this tier.

  Your average resets on every tier change. So you could be a Tour Legend with an average of 150 even.
