I know what it is. Just didn't want to get too technical.
I have a mid range laptop running on vista, i play on chrome. The latency fix did not work for me, hope this helps players with a similar set up.
Its not working for me either - made things harder in some ways. Removed it now.
Perhaps its all in the mind........
