I know how it didn't go in, likely because I bashed it a little too hard, etc!

But here is my Birdie attempt to save par on the exciting 'Best Of Par 3' back 9.

(the replay says 'for par' but that's something that happens during the replay, it's showing my next shot, it was my 1st putt after the drive, for birdie, and my final score was 28 or 1 over par)

I blew a few easy putts during this game, but it was fast and challenging. I'm breaking in the new putter. Thanks to Lily for the Callie 33 balls which I am still using.

I have a lot of notes on this hole, like 'watch out for a sudden slice off the drive' and although I was prepared & quick w/ my reflexes, and my aim & power was beautiful IMHO, but as I took the shot the powerbar registered past hook, past ding, past slight slice and into moderate slice = DENIED! But this is the normal, challenging disposition of the gameplay of WGT)

I've just been trying out Tekoma's Putting Techniques and they seem to be rewarding, esp. on long putts. I still have a little more practice to do while applying the method but it seems effective. Thanks, Tekoma!

Flop on Oly #8 from the rough hits hole, or the lip and bounces, looks like a munchkin doughnut in a Sunday mornin' cup 'o Joe, using the awesome w/ Cally yellow 37

I know how it didn't go in, with that mean back spin, and "a few extra foot pounds of pressure per square inch and pop!" ~ Jack Nicholson 'The Shining'

Merion #9 from the fringe, terrible cam angle, misses by .2 feet (or a frog's hair by the visual)

Funny thing is that on the replay, without the putting grid, the angle has raised up 12 feet and you have a great view (player view) but when I had to make the putt w/ the grid the camera was at the level of my avatar's feet! The grid wasn't so easy to see.

I like to be able to see the break at the start of the putt and see how much fringe I have to cross. The reverse view wasn't so bad but I had to use some guess work from the player's view. I think this was actually a fortunate shot all-in-all.
