I see another thread with the best putts, so I figure I'd turn it a little and blow off some steam. This just happened....http://www.wgt.com/replay.aspx?ID=e0f-48ff-4061-9afd-a2d101139c1a%2522%25 How about we post our best "how did that not go in" putts?

Your link doesn't work but I suppose the last replay on your profile of the missed putt is what you're talking about here. From the view #2 it appears either your line, speed or both are not correct so the ball misses on the high side. Pretty much the same reason we all miss putts whether by a hair, a foot  or a yard.

I tried to edit it but no luck. I looked at that putt several times, and it appears it goes directly over the center of the cup. View 1 shows it to be a tad on the high side, breaking into the cup even, but view 2 it is dead center.  Speed was almost perfect as it was only a foot or so past the cup for the tap in. What do ya do? Stuff happens! I do get the occasional miss by a tad, but this one looked to be dead on only to be ripped by the green Gods. I know I'm not the only one who has been left sitting there scratching my head after what I thought was a great shot. I just thought that posting them instead of complaining would bring some comic relief-not trying to be negative al all here.  Next up? Learn how to properly post a replay!

View #2 shows what the OP was miffed about. View #1 is the tell all.
