Missing my longest Putt

  I was playing Kiawah, Tuesday , Sept 7, made a 60ft putt, it didn't record it, whats up?, the game was played all the way thru..

  i got an ace and eagle the same day and it never posted on my stats.....somethings really wrong about that.
