  I'm new here, so I could be wrong, but I earned $1.50 in the last couple of days and it has already been automatically converted.

  DaBigPossum (great name) is right. You can also buy them direct at $1 for 100. Any credits you win are automatically converted to currency you can use here only. No, you can't cash them out.   ;-)
