How to change the profile picture?

i cant seem to find the option to change the profile pic! any suggest? or thers none ?

Hi salad,
Go to your profile and click on the APPEARANCE button. You'll be able to change your avatar or upload a custom picture from there.

It is right under the block where your name and average is.
