  Just became a TL a day or 2 ago, and I see 1 400cr TL RG and there haven't been any new entries in it since I first checked.  Just sitting at 5 right now.  Do they ever fill up? 

  Why so many Legend RG's, but just the 1 TL.  Lots of open as well.

  Maybe there just isn't the TL numbers?

  There are not as many Tour legends as Legends. They don't fill up as fast

  Or ever.  There are still just 15 entries in the 1 TL RG and it's been there for going on 6 weeks or more...
