It would be fun for players to be able to create their own tournaments.  It could have forms for sign-up/invitations, its own official scoreboard, selection of courses, selection of formats, multi-day play, even a Ryder Cup style of challenge.

Excellent idea!  Private tournaments is on our roadmap!

How about a qualifying round then a head to head .That will bring them out of the woodwork. A two person best ball is another option.

Is this a dead issue? I assume since it is a year later nobody is really working on any of this stuff?

    Any plans here?

Some friends and I also think a "scramble" game would be fun.

Of course, it takes 4 to scramble and it wouldn't be stroke play but it would be fun.

2 teams of two get to drop the ball on the best shot. So on and so on.

    Just an idea.

Dead issue? Yes. However, in case you haven't noticed, there is now the 'Community tourney' section of these forums that do exactly the same job.
