Tried one with the same title the other day. I needed to play a RG for a Daily Goal. I noticed there was an inexpensive RG ( 10c ) so decided to give it a go. Much like you mentioned, rather disappointed.
This appears to be fixed. My RG round this morning had all of the new pins.
