  Getting a message, 'could not deposit funds. Payment server error'

  Is it WGT or the credit card?

  its your card  try another one or put the correct account in that has funds

  have to enter credit card info first and the go purchase credits.

  Are you trying on mobile or PC?  

  For mobile you need to make sure your payment method is linked to either Apple Pay if IOS or Play Store if Android.  I just bought something the other day on mobile and transaction was run through Apple Pay.

  For PC, as callaghan says, you'll need to log into the website, go to My Account and make sure your payment method is set up correctly.
