    I'm winning a match at Casablanca and my opponent quits, but leave the game hanging. It's been 20 minutes and it's still "loading".  This is crap, I can block the player for not withdrawing properly, but I want the purse and I want my 30 minutes sponsor time back. lol

    didn't find much info on this...

    timer out should kick out

    but you finally resign and lose credits...scam

    As soon as it starts spinning close the game and restart. It should allow you to chose to resume the match. If it works great, if it doesn’t send a message to WGT Customer service. 
    DO NOT WAIT 20 Mins. Waiting isn’t going to do anything other than time you out and is just a waste of time.
