cannot even keep the ball in the fairway swing meter might as well be hit with your weyes closed - this needs fixed asaap
I have just played this morning and my meter was smooth and without any stutter at all the chances are that it will be a problem at your end maybe clearing the cache or if it's still available install an older flash version from Adobe site

He said PC version not flash version so I am assuming he meant PCEA. If so it is definitely on his end. Maybe resolution is set too high. My meter on PCEA is very smooth. No stutters at all.

I know but you can still play the flash version on pc so that's why i said what i said because i played the pc version this morning without any issues
