Try a few surveys or offers and earn yourself some credits to upgrade your clubs. Other than that practice is the only answer.

Quit playing tourneys, and play stroke ranked rounds

left side of screen stroke game pick a course and play off your tee's shoot low scores avg goes down, do that and level points come easy to buy better equipment.

After looking at your stats / Practice, Practice, Practice, when you get sick of practice go out and Practice, Practice, Practice.

    Driving Accuracy  ------------ 50.00 %

    Greens in Regulation ------------ 7.41 %

Putting ----------------- 86 % of your putts are 2 Putts or more with the biggest chunk of your Putts being inside 10 feet.

Level 17 had your account since April 2011 / 7days short of 3 months. Give it time it will come. My stats are still a little if-y and my putting is my weakest link "no pun intended".

I like to just play practice rounds just so I get to hit every shot so I can learn my clubs, the courses, and my limitations. When I putt I like to try to keep all putts when missed inside a 3 foot circle " which happens alot the miss part". Hitting the ding center or as close to it as you can is key to lowering your score.

Even if we can't back spin it get in the habit of using it, even if caddie defaults you to a P wedge with chip, try something different till you find what works best for you then try to do it the same every time. I use flop with full back spin far more then I do pitch and chip because I trust it more, but I practice all of them.

I set a practice game get down near the green pop it on green, then hit it back off green again so I can hit the green again until it shot limit is reached and moves to next hole. With putting I do the samething get it on green as fast as I can then practice putting it close but not make it so I can learn the dots for breaks better til it kicks me to next hole.

This is how you get there. Plain and simple.  Very good post, FB.  :-)

hi chris, i've been a member since april 2010 and played with the starter clubs for 4 months before i finally decided to spend a few bucks and upgrade to a better set of clubs and balls.  with the basic wgt balls, you won't get much backspin and the wgt beginner or starter clubs won't give you as much backspin either than a set of nice clubs.  when you get a chance, go to the pro shop and check out the characteristics of other sets of clubs and the balls as well. you will see a difference.

    hope this helps and gl!

PLAY , PLAY , PLAY. Play when you feel like you can,t play anymore. The only thing that will make you a better player when you start out is knowing what you can do with the clubs you have. THEN , PLAY , PLAY , PLAY LOL!!!!!!!!!!!!
