I have two 60° wedges.  Both have excellent uses in certain situations.  Thus I would like to carry the third wedge.  The 54° and the 2-60's.

Would it be possible in a future update that we can substitute the pitching wedge with an alternate wedge.

You can do that now if you are willing to drop your 3w or hybrid.  Optional clubs can be anything but putters, so load up on wedges when you play skill challenges and such.  No need for a driver there usually.

I don't think that would be wise to drop the 3W or Hybrid.  Both clubs are highly used in my equipment bag.

Fair enough, but be willing to experiment.  I've found a fair amount of success on Kiawah by losing my 3w.  You can't reach the par 5's anyway unless you get really lucky and the hybrid will put you roughly in the same spot.  Getting that extra wedge in the bag really pays off.

But I do agree with your original point, my PW is 100 yards and I'd much rather be playing the Z98 instead.

Interesting, but there are some long par 4's Kiawah.  The back nine has one that is 460 yards long.  That is quite the distance.  For me it is a driver well hit, and a knocked down 3-wood.  I agree with the z98 wedge replacing the PW.  Right now I am using the Z-65 and the Z-77, then a jump to the PW which is 103 yards.  As for the experimentation the z-77 has excellent qualities hitting out of hard sand.
