#7 at Tahoe can be done with a full 75yard swing (if you have the 75 yard wedge, it's perfect) with no backspin or topspin, only making moderate left / right adjustmets for the wind. If the wind is head on or tailing at 10/+, you might have to modify club selection.
What happens is that with this shot, the ball bounces right on the edge of the rough and rolls up nice and snuggy with the pin.. I am always <10' and a majority of the time <3'. Haven't hit the hole yet, but been darn close.
