  For what reason is only some countries eligible to paticipate and win prizes in tounaments in general AND in the US OPEN ??? - (It is not fair) 

  Why is it only United States, Germany, Canada, United Kingdom, Japan, Ireland, Netherlands, Norway, and South Korea.

  most likely it probably has to do with taxations and laws and things liek that between countries. And getting credit card and business things approved for each country takes time

  There have been many replies from WGT on this matter.  Each country has it's own contest and tax laws that take time to get through all the red tape.  I'm sure that they are working on your respective countries, but in will take time.  Unfortunately they couldn't get yours in in time for the US Open.  Sorry.
