I always tell players who are new to the community this...Dont just jump into any CC. Do your homework ask questions and then choose the right CC for you based on that feedback.
When I first joined a CC (had almost 245 members) it was a big CC but couldnt get any responses from the CC owner for days . Not to mention of those 240+ members maybe 30 of them played daily. You can also check each CC and list the players by "last round played" to get a picture of how active they really are.
Remember Bigger is not always Better .....Oh man I left myself open for one now :)
