  Got 50 on mobile data...hope they fix this issue soon...but then again maybe they dont want to fix it.

  I have not read all the comments so if it’s already been said I apologise, but here in France I can not get videos unless I have my VPN on .

  I'm thinking this is not far off the mark. 

  Care factor from WGT would appear to be low, considering how long the issue has been going on.

  My experience has been that I can only get anywhere between 2 and 5 videos to play before I have to reset my advertising ID on my Android mobile phone.

  It makes no difference if I use mobile data or Wi-Fi, nor did it make a difference un-installing then re-installing the app.

  There has been only 1 day over the last month that I miraculously received the full 75 videos.

  How ironic that day happened after I emailed Customer Support to enquire if there was any further progress on a fix for the issue.

  Coincidence? .... can't be. Gibbs rule #39 says there is no such thing ...

  On the bright side I got all 150 credits this morning on my android devices (2 devices) but nothing on my 1 ios device. We will see if things are partially fixed tomorrow when/if I get the 150 credits. Cheers

  Just got my 150 credits this morning on my iOS device.
  Let's see if this lasts more than ONE day this time...fingers crossed.

  I'm on an iPad, and it's working much better for me than it was. Sometimes it takes several tries to get a video to play, but I think if I kept at it I could get the full 150 credits.  I haven't taken the time to make sure of that, yet.

  looks like you didnt cross your fingers hard enough....video credits not working for me this morning.
