#1 Back pin, Jake starts off by draining a bird from 9 ft short left & Mike follows him In from 4.5 ft from above the hole, AS

#2 TW to the front pin, Jake's 3 wd did what 3 wd's do & didn't hit the green, Mike was a little closer from the drive & hopped n rolled on but It kept rolling. Jake pitched on from the 40/50 but left no gimmee. Mike had the line on his 35 footer but just came up short. Jake made his 5.5 footer & Mike's just missed the ding & hit a tad too firm & just missed his putt, Jake 1 up

#3 Back pin, Mike's 13 footer from short left just burned the edge on the high side & Jake rolled In his 11 footer from above the hole. Jake 2 up

#4 HW to front pin, Jake nerly holed out from 78 yd's & Mike landed a yd away, 1/2'd with birds, Jake 2 up

#5 The nasty back pin awaited them here. Mike hit a partial spin 2 Iron from 229 out Into a headwind & landed It short of the green & It bounced on & rolled off onto the fringe on the left side of the green. Jake's flat 3i from 224 landed just on the front & held the green to the left hand side. Mike put his pitch 2.5 ft away which left Jake a 63 ft putt & up 3 ft!. Jake ball came up 7 Ft short & stopped! & he made that putt to save par, Mike's was a gimmee, Jake 2 up

#6 Back pin, Mike left his 2 yd's short & slightly right. Jake was only a yd further away. Jake dinged his 9 footer but the dots lied! :( Mike made bird from 6.5 Ft. Mike 1 down

#7 Front pin, Mike put It 0 away with wedge In hand, Jake flopped to 4 ft from 27 yd's out. Jake made his tricky 4 footer & Mike was conceded. Jake 1 up

#8 Back pin, Jake hit a full Topspin 84 punch & left It a yd away. Mike followed suit & hit his wedge a yd away. Jake still 1 up

# 9 Back pin, Slight side/tail wind. Mike clicked slightly late with the wind & finished 5 yd's pin high right. Jake also clicked slightly late but finished 5 yd's short & right. Mike's 14 footer burned the edge & Jake's 14 footer missed with a miss-ding, Jake 1 up

#10 Right pin with a TW. Mike overcooked It & flew the green Into the rear bunker & Jake's dinged drive landed In the front bunker. Mike got out of the bunker but found the brush. Jake's bunker shot was far easier & he's a lot of green to work with & put It to within 3 yd's of the hole. Mike's went for broke from his 60/70 lie In the brush & tried to hole out. He just missed the return putt. Jake had 2 putts for the win. Jake 2 up

#11Front pin, Jake stuck his wedge 1.5 ft away but Mike made his 8 footer, Jake 2 up

#12 Back pin, Jake put a full topspin PW to within 2 yd's of the hole. Mike stuck his 1 yd from hole. Jake just grazed the hole from 7.5 ft & Mike's bird was conceded, Mike 1 down

#13 Back pin with a TW, Mike went a little long, Landed on fringe but hopped Into rough. Jake hit a 1/2 top PW to 3 yd's pin high. Mike had to hope the hole got In the way for his shot back onto the green & It was a fine effort but not to be & he missed the long return putt. Jake had to be careful with his 9 footer which was downhill with a lot of break & he got the speed just right to leave his putt 2.5 ft below hole, Jake 2 up

#14 Left pin, Jake went 8 yd's long n right & Mike finished 3 yd's away pin high right. Jake drained his 24 footer which was down 7 with 3 boxes of break, "Great read, Great putt!". Mike just burned the edge with his 9 footer, Jake 3 up

#16 Front pin, Mike landed pin high left but It hopped & rolled back off. Jake landed a yd away pin high left & the top spin stopped It hopping back too much to leave It a yd away below the hole. Mike's pitch from 5 yd's ran across the face of the hole & Jake's 2.7 footer was conceded.

A 4 & 3 win for Jake (Lehew) & PARAGON 1

That pushes PARAGON 1, 3 - 2 ahead In the series

#1 Remi had that liar putt short n right of the back pin & Jason went long, Par apiece, AS

#2 TW to the front pin on the Par 5 but both just short, Both birdied, AS

#3 Front Pin with a TW on the Par 3, Remi finished pinhigh left & just missed his 18 footer but Jason left his 7 Ft short right & made the putt, 1 Up Jason.

#4 Both hit their wedges long to the back pin & just missed their birdie putts but made the return putts for Par, 1 Up Jason.

#5 Remi drained his 11 footer from short n right & Jason In turn rolled In his 7 footer short n left of the hole, 1 up Jason.

#6 Jason's approach to the front pin landed on but rolled off 7 Remi went long. Jason's pitch was just short & Remi just missed his putt, 1 up Jason.

#7 Both shots stuck close, Bird apiece, 1 up Jason.

#8 Remi made a tricky 8 footer just shy of pin high right for bird & Jason's 3 foot putt was conceded, 1 up Jason.

#9 Jason went long off the tee on the par 3 to the back pin but rolled In his 16 footer for bird, Remi was short n right & rolled In his 13 footer, Jason 1 up.

#13 Back pin, Jason's tee shot landed at the pin but hopped & spun back 6 yd's, Remi finished 2 yd's just long n right. Jason just missed his 15 footer & Remi sunk a lovely 4.6 slippy bender to narrow the deficit down to 1.

#14 Remi went 5 yd's long n left & Jason left his 2 yd's away short n left. Remi drained his 14 footer & Jason slammed In his 4.5 footer, Jason 1 up.

#15 76 yd's In for Remi to front pin & he finished 2 yd's long, Tricky putt coming up, Well that was til Jason holed his from 73 yd's for Eagle, Jason 2 up.

#16 Both hit their shots to 2 yd to back pin & Jason's from above the hole just broke a ball more than he though to burn the hole & Remi slotted In his birdie putt, 1 down Remi.

#17 Left pin on the par 3, Remi finished 2 yd's away pin high left & Jason pulled his & was lucky to stay on the top portion of the green above the ridge, Jason tried to off ding his 25 footer & just missed a ball low, Remi then rolled In his tricky 6.5 footer to win the hole & level up the match, AS

#18 Right pin with a HW, Jason put his 3 wd shot In to within 3 yd's just slightly long n left & Remi's 3 wd In from 228 yd's out carried 6 yd's long & rolled a further 2 yd's. Remi's 23 foot for bird just missed a couple of cups high. Jason had a 10 footer to win the match & just aimed It outside the hole & off dinged It early & duly sunk It to win 1 up.

We both had a tough time on merion Cuz started out well went 1 up on 2nd hole

then things shaped up for me and he was having bad luck

Luis was unlucky - most of his putts were tricky ones above the hole, things just didn't go his way today, it happens, was great to make a new friend.
