Max Meter L 92 Irons

  I'm Just about to L 92 thinking about buying Max Meter Irons is anyone useing them and are they a good buy. Useing L 68 M2 Irons now. Thanks

  Hi, I think you mean the L 94 Max Meter's, Spin is only 3.0 (Same as your existing iron's) so not great stopping power with the long iron's.
  
  Ben Hogan L 75's 3.5 Spin, Cally Steelheads L 85 3.5 Spin or the Taylormade Rsi2's with 4.5 Spin (If you can handle the quicker meter with the Taylormade's) are better options or just wait till L 97!

  The Max`s has a quite low trajectory so they don`t stop well on the greens. Cally L85 are way better, the Hogan`s i don`t know about. ..//Bjorn

  The Max irons are also 10 yards shorter than the TM’s or the Callaways and have less precision making them inferior to all the higher level irons

  True that. I tried them, hoping to play cheaper balls because of the slower meter. Waste of money.

  You might want to do your reserch first like i did once you find out what forgiveness  is all about and just how important it is you might like the 94 max irons they are great irons if you play a good ball like 33 Callaway  to make up for the lack of spin the max irons offers

  I'd recommend getting the level 85 calloways or save your credits until you get to level 97 and get the steelheads with the 4.5 spin
