    Physically you may no longer be with us Aretha, but your soul will live on for ever.

    God bless you.

    Amen, brother.  :-)

    Holiday Perils!!!!!!!!! Since radio stations decided to pull " Baby it's cold outside" from their playlists, because someone was offended. I feel that these other holiday songs, must also be removed as they may be just as offensive, to someone. Do so immediately!! 1. I saw mommy kissing Santa Claus : it suggests mommy cheating on daddy. 2. The Christmas Songs: open fires, environmental hazards, folks dressed up like Eskimos, is culturally inappropriate. 3. Santa Baby : gold digger, blackmail, hooker 4. Do you hear what I hear : blatant disregard for the hearing impaired 5. Frosty the snowman : sexist, no snow woman 6. Grandma got ran over by a reindeer: promotes violence 7. Hanukkah song: I'm not Jewish 8. Rudolph the red nosed reindeer: bullying 9. Santa Claus is coming to town; sees you when you're sleeping? Promotes peeping toms, and stalking. I think we can see how clearly see how ridiculous this is becoming?

    @Luckystar5...Yes it has gone nuts.

    I am sure Benny Hill should be well up in that list with his all-time great Xmas No.1 :)....I am sure any self respecting SJW would drive a bus through his work with all the sensitivities they can think of being offended.

    Also just one from a year in my youth, nothing to do with Cmas that I remember.

    Lead singer, Pete Shelley, gone too soon at 63.
