    It seems pointless to me that we are unable to enjoy a round of stroke play around BALI HAI, EDGEWOOD TAHOE, PINEHURST, PEBBLE BEACH, WOLF CREEK & CELTIC MANOR. I have played stroke play games around these courses on other devices and it is a waste and shame that these courses are locked for stroke play and seems pointless to me

    Banebdjed... they are not locked.  They have simply never been fully developed.  And there are reasons for that.  A little research (via "Search") will give you all the answers you seek.
