    It takes 6 or 7 mouse clicks...

    Play Now --->  Single Player Game --->  Select Course

    Choose Course from Course list...  Either Bethpage Black or Kiawah

    Stroke play --->  Ranked (if desired, Practice if not)

    Then simply choose your distances... front 9, back 9, or full 18.

    Why is it taking so long to develop 18 holes of stoke play for the courses?
