It has come to my attention that your products' virtual representation has been seriously downgraded @ WGT. I'm sure your advertising dollars are being negatively impacted by this move. WGT's virtual representation of the "Hex Chromes" was a good value, and they performed well. WGT's launch of the new "Chrome Softs" fell miserably short of the hype.
The "Hex Chromes" performed much better , Please inform WGT that they need to correct this matter, or you will continue to lose market value for your advertising dollar.
