WGT nerd here. Best bet instead of doing this in the forums is to send any documentation to them via email so they can see what your are talking about. If your level didnt change but your points did then it is probably some glitch they might not be aware of.
renniw, you probably did what myself and others did, you missed a window by playing at a different time. I dont think its play mon, tue, wed thats 3 days, but its a clock that starts when you played, so if you play 23 hours later the next day its still in that 24 hour clock that you already played that day. Just a thought because I did the same thing. Also I benefitted from it since I did not play on a particular day but my next round which I thought was a new day 1 playing still counted.
