    In the past week, I have completed about a dozen of the 'sweepstakes' entrys on credit offers...I have not recieved a single credit for all the time and effort of filling out all the forms and questionaires involved as listed to complete...why is WGT ripping us off???

    I've even sent in several requests to 'product support', but have never gotten a satisfactory response from any of them....great way to conduct customer service WGT...'Crooks', would be the proper term I guess!

    Your beef isn't with WGT.  It's with Peanut Labs and the other mediums.

    The beef is with both. WGT has a responsibility to protect its customers from fraudulent suppliers. WGT doesn't believe it has a responsibility to do anything.

    It's the same as a store protecting its customers from a company that consistently supplies mislabeled and substandard merchandise consistently when the store is aware of it. That supplier's merchandise would no longer be on the store's shelves if that low quality continued to be supplied after store management read the supplier the riot act.
