    Bent out of shape, circular reference?

    circular reference is correct.

     

    bent out of shape is not.  I'm thinking perhaps I should just reveal as it's not what's written or the way it's written .... "but not" ...written

    LOL,  I finally got the clue, "but not" then the _ _ _ _ _ _.  The amount of letters matched the amount of spaces.  

     

    Of course, this only makes sense if   my guess of  Bent "but not" broken, is correct. lol

    bent but not broken is correct...I tried the "but not" a few times....didn't seem to catch anyone's notice...till now
