Ice bucket challenge .

  I nominate all you guys for the ice bucket challenge to raise funds for motor neuron research [ ALS ]. It's went viral on you tube .

  Once you have done it you need to pay £3 or $5 to the charity .

  I know a lot of us have unfortunately been touched by this disease .
